<p>8 fette di pancetta tesa affumicata / <i>8 slices bacon</i></p>

<p>Prepariamo un English Breakfast!</p>
<p>Con un coppapasta (o un bicchiere) tagliare un cerchio al centro del pane.</p>

<p>Saltare la pancetta in una padella per 3/4 minuti. Mettere da parte.</p>
<p><i>Fry the bacon in a pan for 3/4 minutes. Set aside.</i></p>

<p>Mettere le fette di pane nella padella. Versare lentamente un uovo intero nel buco, cuocere da entrambi i lati finché non sarà abbastanza rappreso. Impiattare con la pancetta e servire.</p>
<p><i><i>Put the slices of bread in the pan. </i>Pour slowly an egg into the hole. Cook both side until it is hard enough. Put into the plate along with the bacon and serve.</i></p>

<p>8 filetti di coda di rospo medio piccoli / <em>angler fish fillets medium small sized</em></p>
<p>Oppure 4 filetti di coda di rospo medio grandi / or 4 <em>angler fish fillets medium big sized</em></p>
<p>8 fette di bacon / <em>slices of bacon</em></p>
<p>50 gr parmigiano / <em>parmesan cheese</em></p>
<p>50 gr di pane grattugiato / <em>breadcrumbs</em></p>
<p>limone / <em>lemon</em></p>
<p>prezzemolo / <em>parsley</em></p>
<p>Olio d’oliva / <em>olive oil</em></p>
<p>Sale e pepe / <em>Salt and pepper</em></p>
<p>4 fette di emmenthal / <em>slices of emmenthal cheese</em></p>
<p>300 gr piselli /<em> green peas</em></p>
<p>facoltativo: aglio / <em>if you like: garlic</em></p>
<p>Mettere in una casseruola i piselli con un poco d’acqua e un cucchiaio di olio, sale e pepe e fare cuocere a fuoco medio. Quando cotti tenere da parte.</p>
<p><em>Cook the green peas in a casserole with some water, salt, pepper and one tablespoon of olive oil. When cooked put aside.</em></p>

<p>Unire parmigiano, pane grattugiato, sale e pepe, 1 cucchiaino di succo di limone, prezzemolo e amalgamare il tutto con olio d’oliva. Unire l’aglio tritato (facoltativo). Lavare il pesce e disporre il composto sopra su un lato. Arrotolare.</p>
<p><em>In a bowl put the parmesan cheese, the breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper and mix with some olive oil. Add chopped garlic if you like. </em><em>Wash the fillets under cold water and put some of the preparation above on it. Roll them.</em></p>

<p>Ora, avvolgere i fagottini di pesce in una fetta di bacon, girarlo di 90° e avvolgere con un’altra fetta di bacon. Chiudere con degli stuzzicadenti.</p>
<p><em>Now wrap the fish rolls with a slice of bacon, turn 90° and wrap with another slice of bacon. Fix them with toothpicks.</em></p>

<p>In una padella scaldare un cucchiaio di olio e cuocere gli involtini da entrambi i lati per qualche minuto finché non saranno dorati. Mettere da parte.</p>
<p><em>In a hot pan, add 1 tablespoong of olive oil and cook the bacon-fish rolls on both sides until very golden. Put them aside.</em></p>

<p>Riempire a metà le cocotte con i piselli (e un po del suo brodo di cottura) e adagiare 1 o 2 involtini (a seconda delle dimensioni) per cocotte. Coprire ciascun involtino con mezza fetta di emmenthal. Chiudere con il coperchio e infornare per ca 25 minuti a 200°. Servire.</p>
<p><em>Fill half of the small pots with peas (and some of the cooking water). Add 1 or 2 rolls (according to the dimension of the fillets you will buy) per pot, cover with some emmenthal cheese, put the lid on top and bake in the oven for 25 mins at 200°. Serve.</em></p>
