<p>80 ml sciroppo d’acero / <i>80 ml maple syrup</i></p>
<p>4 banane / <i>4 bananas</i></p>
<p>200 gr zucchero muscovado / <i>200 gr muscovado sugar</i></p>
<p>4 uova / <i>4 eggs</i></p>
<p>vanillina / <i>vanilla aroma</i></p>
<p>200 gr farina autolievitante / <i>200 gr self-rising flour</i></p>
<p>100 gr farina di mandorle / <i>100 gr ground almonds</i></p>
<p>1 cucchiaio bicarbonato / <i>1 tsp bicarbonate of soda</i></p>
<p>200 gr yogurt greco / <i>200 gr greek yoghurt</i></p>

<p>Accendere il forno a 150°.</p>
<p><i>Heat oven to 150° C.</i></p>

<p>Imburrare e foderare la tortiera. Versare metà dello sciroppo e coprire il fondo bene.</p>

<p>Tagliare 3 banane per il lungo e metterle dalla parte tagliata nella tortiera.</p>

<p>Infornare e cuocere per circa 55/60 minuti. Provare con lo stecco che deve uscire asciutto.</p>

<p>Assorbito lo sciroppo (ci vorranno pochi minuti), e ancora calda sformare su un piatto. Servire tiepida.</p>
