<h2>Banana Bread</h2>
<p>300 gr farina / <i>300 gr all-purpose flour</i></p>
<p>1 cucchiaino di bicarbonato / <i>1 tsp bicarbonate of soda</i></p>
<p>2 uova / <i>2 eggs</i></p>
<p>120 gr di burro / <i>120 gr butter</i></p>
<p>un pizzico di sale / <i>1 pinch of salt</i></p>
<p>200 gr zucchero di canna / <i>200 gr caster sugar</i></p>
<p>4 banane / <i>4 bananas</i></p>
<p>70 gr di latte / <i>70 gr milk</i></p>
<p>2 cucchiaini di succo di limone / <i>2 tsp lemon juice</i></p>
<p>vanillina / <i>vanilla extract</i></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Scaldare il forno a 170°.</p>
<p><i>Pre-heat the oven to 170° C.</i></p>

<p>Montare il burro con lo zucchero.</p>
<p><i>Cream the butter with sugar.</i></p>

<p>Unire il succo di limone al latte in un bicchiere, mescolare e unire al composto.</p>

<p>Versare in uno stampo da plumcake imburrato e infarinato e cuocere in forno per 1 ora.</p>
