<p>340 gr di burro / <i>340 gr butter</i></p>
<p>340 gr di formaggio spalmabile /<i> 340 gr cream cheese</i></p>
<p>½ cucchiaino di sale / <i>½ tsp</i></p>
<p>675 gr di zucchero / <i>675 gr sugar</i></p>
<p>450 gr di farina/ <i>450 gr </i></p>
<p>6 uova / <i>6 eggs</i></p>
<p>2 bustine di vanillina / <i>2 tsps vanilla extract</i></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Glassa / <i>Frosting</i></p>
<p>60 ml d’acqua /<i> 60 ml water</i></p>
<p>60 ml di rhum / <i>60 ml rhum</i></p>
<p>60 gr di zucchero / <i>60 gr granulated sugar</i></p>
<p>115 gr di burro / <i>115 gr butter</i></p>
<p>115 gr di mandorle affettate / <i>115 gr sliced almonds</i></p>

<p>Scaldare il forno a 160°.</p>
<p><i>Pre-heat oven at 160° C.</i></p>

<p>Montare con la frusta il formaggio e il burro a temperatura ambiente per una decina di minuti o finché diverranno soffici.</p>
<p><i>Whisk the cream cheese and the butter (both at room temperature), until soft and fluffy.</i></p>

<p>Unire lo zucchero, la vanillina e un pizzico di sale e amalgamare bene il tutto con la frusta.</p>

<p>Unire ora poco alla volta tutta la farina alternando con le uova. Mescolare bene.</p>

<p>Versare in uno stampo da ciambella alto imburrato e infarinato e infornare per circa 1H45/2h. Lasciare intepidire.</p>
<p><i>Pour the mixture in a greased angel cake mould and bake for 1H45/2H. Cool down.</i></p>

<p>A parte fare bollire in un pentolino tutti gli ingredienti per la glassa per circa 10 minuti finché non sarà ristretto. Aggiungere le mandorle una volta spento. Lasciare intepidire e decorare la torta.</p>
<p><i>Now boil all ingredients for the frosting for 10 minutes. Add the almonds. Let cool down for 10 minutes and decorate the cake with this mixture.</i></p>
