<p>500 gr fave fresche / <i>500 gr fava beans</i></p>
<p>300 gr salsiccia / <i>300 gr sausage meat</i></p>
<p>mezza cipolla tritata / <i>half onion chopped</i></p>
<p>mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco / <i>half glass of white wine</i></p>
<p>acqua / <i>water</i></p>
<p>pepe / <i>pepper</i></p>
<p>Soffriggere la cipolla tritata.</p>
<p><i>Fry the chopped onion.</i></p>

<p>Unire la salsiccia pulita dal budello. E soffriggere bene. Scolare il grasso in eccesso.</p>

<p>Cuocere per 20/25 minuti a fuoco medio e col coperchio. Togliere il coperchio e fare evaporare. Unire il pepe e servire.</p>
