<p><i>800 gr shrimps</i></p>
<p><i>4 big onions</i></p>
<p><i>20 gr pine nuts</i></p>
<p><i>30 gr sultanas</i></p>
<p><i>half glass olive oil</i></p>
<p><i>4 tbs white vinegar</i></p>
<p><i>2 tbs water</i><i></i></p>
<p><i>½ tsp sugar</i></p>
<p><i>100 gr all-purpose flour</i></p>
<p><i>frying oil</i></p>
<p><i>salt</i></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p><i><i>To prepare the gamberi in saor, c</i>lean and wash the shrimps. </i><i>Coat the with the flour.</i></p>

<p><i>Deep-fry them in frying oil for 4/5 minutes. Drip them and set aside.</i></p>

<p><i>Meanwhile slice finely the onions and let them cook slowly &#8211; low heat &#8211; with the olive oil for 20-25 minutes.</i></p>

<p><i>Add the vinegar, the salt and the sugar. Stir and let vinegar evaporate. Cook for other 7/8 minutes and retain from fire. Add the sultanas (drenched in water) and the pine nuts.</i></p>

<p><i>Arrange the deep-fried shrimps on a plate and cover them with the stew onions still hot (including the juices). Set aside, cool down and store for 4/5 hours before serving.</i></p>
