<p>3 cucchiai d’olio d’oliva /<i> 4 tbs olive oil</i></p>

<p>Pulire e tagliare a fettine i porri.</p>

<p>In una padella scaldare l’olio a fuoco basso e unire i porri.</p>

<p>Cuocere per 10 minuti a fuoco medio-basso unendo 2 cucchiai d’acqua.</p>
<p><i>Smmer for 10 minutes at medium-low heat, and add 2 tbs of water.</i></p>

<p>Nel frattempo sbattere leggermente le uova con il parmigiano e un pizzico di sale.</p>

<p>Quando i porri tendono a diventare traslucidi, unire le uova.</p>

<p>Cuocere a fuoco medio-basso per altri 8/10 minuti. Mescolare frequentemente. Quando raggiungono una consistenza cremosa sono pronte. Pepare e servire.</p>

<p>500 gr pasta fusilli</p>
<p>2 porri / <em>leeks</em></p>
<p>250 gr salsiccia / <em>pork sausage meat</em></p>
<p>mezzo bicchiere di vino / <em>half glass white wine</em></p>
<p>sale e pepe / <em>salt &amp; pepper</em></p>
<p>olio d’oliva / <em>olive oil</em></p>
<p>Cuocere la pasta.</p>
<p>Cook the pasta.</p>
<p>Nel frattempo, tagliare i porri a rondelle e saltarli con olio d’oliva in una padella.</p>
<p><em>Meanwhile, slice the leeks and stir fry them in a pan with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.</em></p>

<p>Fare evaporare i liquidi di cottura e bagnare con il vino bianco, fare sfumare per 5/10 minuti.</p>
