<p>400 gr cioccolato fondente / <i>400 gr dark chocolate</i></p>
<p>400 gr panna da montare / <i>400 gr fresh cream</i></p>
<p>4 uova intere / <i>4 eggs</i></p>
<p>4 pere / <i>4 pears</i></p>
<p>2 cucchiai di farina / <i>2 tbs all-purpose flour</i></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Accendere il forno e portarlo a 160°.</p>
<p><i>Heat the oven to 160° C.</i></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Sciogliere il fondente a bagno maria.</p>
<p><i>Melt down the chocolate in bain.marie.</i></p>

<p>Fare bollire la panna e unirla al cioccolato, mescolare bene finché non sarà amalgamata.</p>
<p>Fare intepidire.</p>
<p><i>Bring the cream to boil, when still hot add it to the chocolate. Mix well until smooth. Let cool down.</i></p>

<p>Versare in una tortiera a cerniera e cuocere per 1 ora.</p>
