<p>4 uova / <em>4 eggs</em></p>
<p>200 gr zucchero / <em>200 gr caster sugar</em></p>
<p>vanillina / <em>vanilla flavour</em></p>
<p>200 gr farina / <em>200 gr flour</em></p>
<p>2 cucchiaini lievito / <em>2 teaspoons baking powder</em></p>
<p>125 gr burro / <em>125 gr unsalted butter</em></p>
<p>6 fette di ananas in scatola sgocciolate / <em>6 slices of canned pineapple drained</em></p>
<p>6 ciliegie candite / <em>6 glacé cherries</em></p>
<p>TOPPING</p>
<p>40 gr burro / <em>40 gr unsalted butter</em></p>
<p>2 cucchiai zucchero Muscovado / <em>2 tablespoons Muscovado sugar</em></p>
<p>2 cucchiai zucchero semolato / <em>2 tablespoons catser sugar</em></p>
<p>1 cucchiaio d‘acqua / <em>1 tablespoon water</em></p>
<p>60 gr burro / <em>60 gr unsalted butter</em></p>
<p>Prepararare lo sciroppo per la base / <em>Prepare the Topping</em></p>
<p>Mettere in una piccola casseurola tutti gli ingredienti per lo sciroppo (escluso il burro). Portare ad ebollizione e fare bollire per 5 minuti. Unire il burro, fare sciogliere bene e fare sobbollire per 10 minuti. Versarlo nella teglia da 23 cm foderata di carta forno.</p>
<p><em>In a small casserole put all ingredients for the topping (excluding the butter). Simmer for 5 minutes. Add the butter and simmer for other 10 minutes. Pour into the baking pan coated with baking paper.</em></p>

<p>Disporre le fette di ananas e mettere al centro le ciliegie.</p>

<p>In un reciepiente posto a bagno maria sbattere le uova con lo zucchero e la vanillina per circa 10 minuti finché ben spumose.</p>

<p>Unire poco alla volta aiutandosi con un cucchiaio la farina, ora unire il burro sciolto.</p>

<p>Versare sulle fette di ananas e informare a 160° per circa 1 ora.</p>
<p><em>Pour the mixture on the pinapple slices and bake at 160° for 1 hour circa.</em></p>

<p>Una volta estratta attendere 5 minuti e rovesciarla su un piatto da portata. Togliere la carta forno e lasciare freddare. Servire.</p>
<p><em>Once out of the oven, cool down for 5 minutes and turn out on a plate. Peel the baking paper. Cool down completely and serve.</em></p>
