<p>4 salmon fillets (150 grams each)</p>
<p>30 grams poppy seeds</p>
<p>1 egg white</p>
<p>3 tbs extra virgin olive oil</p>
<p>salt and pepper</p>

<p>Season with salt and pepper the salmon fillets. Lay them on a dripping pan covered with parchment paper (greased with 1 tbs olive oil).</p>

<p>Bake for 15 minutes at 220° C.</p>

<p>Take out from oven and let it rest for 3 or 4 minutes before serving with any side.</p>
<p>Ideal with baked yellow zucchini (easily baked in oven at 180° C for 30 minutes seasoned with olive oil, salt, pepper a half glass of water). Season with fresh extra virgin olive oil.</p>

<h2>Lemon Poppy Seeds Cake</h2>
<p>Le quantità sono per uno stampo da plum cake standard: raddoppiare le dosi se la fate in una tortiera tonda alta o quadrata.</p>

<p>Base:</p>
<p>190 gr burro /<em> 190 g butter</em></p>
<p>165 gr zucchero / <em>165 g caster sugar</em></p>
<p>vanillina / <em>vanilla flavour</em></p>
<p>3 uova / <em>3 eggs</em></p>
<p>2 cucchiai olio di semi /<em>2 tablespoons vegetal oil</em></p>
<p>375 gr farina /<em> 375 g flour</em></p>
<p>1 bustina di lievito / <em>1 tablespoon baking powder</em></p>
<p>Copertura / <em>Icing</em>:</p>
<p>200 gr zucchero a velo / 200 g icing sugar</p>
<p>succo di un limone / juice of 1 lemon</p>
<p>30 gr burro fuso / 30 g butter melted</p>
<p>*Al limone (vedi alternative sotto) / <em>Lemon Cake (see alternatives below)</em>:</p>
<p>2 cucchiai di semi di papavero / <em>2 tablespoons poppy seeds</em></p>
<p>2 cucchiai abbondanti di scorza di limone grattugiata / <em>1 tablespoon grated lemon zest</em></p>
<p>A piacere qualche goccia di essenza di limone / <em> some drops of lemon essence</em></p>
<p>Lavorare burro con zucchero e montare bene fino ad ottenere una crema soffice. Unire le scorze di limone e l’essenza di limone. E l’olio.</p>
<p><em>Beat the butter with the sugar until it gets into a soft cream. Add the lemon zest and the lemon essence. Then add the oil.</em></p>

<p>Per la glassa unire tutti gli ingredienti e mescolare bene. Spalmarla con una spatola. A piacere cospargere di altri semi di papavero</p>

<p>all’Arancia: aggiungi 3 cucchiai di scorza d’arancia al passaggio 1;</p>
<p>al Cocco: unisci 200 gr di farina di cocco appena concluso il passaggio 2;</p>
