<p>1 uovo e 1 rosso / <i>1 egg and 1 egg yolk</i></p>
<p>Latte / milk as needed</p>

<p>Crema di ricotta/<i>Ricotta cream</i></p>
<p>500 gr di ricotta / <i>500 gr ricotta cheese</i></p>
<p>200 gr formaggio da spalmare / <i>200 gr cheese spread</i></p>
<p>100 gr di zucchero / <i>100 gr caster sugar</i></p>
<p>vanillina / <i>vanilla extract</i></p>
<p>1 uovo / <i>1 egg</i></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>2 cucchiai zucchero a velo / <i>2 tbs icing sugar</i></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Riscaldare il forno a 150°.</p>
<p>Pre-heat oven at 150 degrees C.</p>

<p>Mettere tutti gli ingredienti per la pasta in un recipiente e amalgamare con le dita e poi con le mani fino ad ottenere un impasto liscio ed omogeneo. Metterne 1/3 in frigorifero.</p>

<p>Prendere l’impasto e stenderlo col mattarello tra due fogli di carta da forno. Togliere il primo foglio e rivoltare la pasta all’interno dello stampo a cerniera imburrato e foderato di carta forno. Foderare la tortiera eliminando il foglio di carta forno superiore. Mettere in frigorifero.</p>

<p>In un recipiente mettere i formaggi con lo zucchero e la vanillina e sbattere con un mixer per togliere gli eventuali grumi. Incorporare l’uovo.</p>

<p>Versare la crema nella tortiera.</p>

<p>Con la pasta trattenuta all’inizio ripetere il procedimento sopra, stenderla e coprire la crema. Sigillare i bordi.</p>

<p>Cuocere in forno per 50 minuti o finché non sarà dorata. Spegnere il forno e lascviare raffreddare completamente in forno.</p>
