<p>6/7 zucchine medio-grandi / <em>6 or 7 zucchini medium size</em></p>
<p>80 gr pane grattugiato / <em>80 gr bread crumbs</em></p>
<p>60 gr parmigiano / <em>60 gr parmesan</em></p>
<p>2 spicchi d’aglio (o mezza cipolla) / <em>2 garlic cloves (or half onion)</em></p>
<p>10/12 pomodorini / <em>10/12 small tomatoes</em></p>
<p>15 capperi sotto sale / <em>15 capers</em></p>
<p>olio q.b. / <em>olive oil</em></p>
<p>sale e pepe / <em>salt and pepper</em></p>
<p>Lavare le zucchine tagliarle per la lunghezza. Scavarle con un cucchiaino fino a lasciarle 2/3 mm di buccia.</p>
<p><em>Wash the zucchini and cut them into 2 halves as shown. Take the flesh out with a teaspoon and set aside.</em></p>

<p>Ora mettere le zucchine scavate in una teglia, coprire con un filo d’olio, sale e pepe e infornare per circa 20 minuti (per ammorbidirle un pochino) a 200°. Estrarre dal forno e mettere da parte.</p>
<p><em>Now put the zucchini in a baking pan, add some oil, salt and pepper and put into the oven for 20 minutes at 200°. Take them out and cool down.</em></p>

<p>A parte fare soffriggere l’aglio (o la cipolla), mettere la polpa delle zucchine e fare saltare un paio di minuti. Salare e pepare. Unire i pomodorini tagliati a pezzi. Cuocere finché non si asciuga l’acqua di cottura.</p>
<p><em>Meanwhile fry the garlic (or the onion), add the zucchini flesh and stir for a 5 or 10 minutes.. Add salt and pepper. Add the small tomatoes cut. Stir until the juices of the vegetables are absorbed.</em></p>

<p>A parte mettere la polpa saltata in padella in un recipiente, unire tutti gli ingredienti (i capperi tritati grossolanamente), mescolare, salare e pepare se serve.</p>

<p>Farcire ora le zucchine con il composto. Rimettere nella teglia. Coprire con un filo d’olio a crudo, pepe e infornare per circa 30 minuti a 200°.</p>

<p>La ricetta è ottima se fatta in combinata con melanzane (che andranno cotte assieme alle zucchine) e peperoni, farciti con lo stesso composto.</p>
