<p>30 gr zucchero / <i>30 gr caster sugar</i></p>
<p>100 gr fragoline di bosco / <i>100 gr wild strawberry</i></p>
<p>70 gr marmellata di limoni / <i>70 gr lemon marmalade</i></p>
<p>Foderare una tortiera rettangolare (35&#215;25 ca) con carta forno.</p>
<p><i>Line a swiss roll tin  (35&#215;25 cm ca.) with baking paper.</i></p>

<p>Scladare il forno a 170-180°.</p>

<p>Sbattere bene le uova con lo zucchero fino a che non sarà cremoso e chiaro.</p>

<p>Infornare per 10/11 minuti, al tatto dovrà essere soffice e umida e i bordi leggermente color nocciola.</p>
