<p>400 gr tonno sott’olio leggermente strizzato / <em>canned tunafish (squeezed to drain the extra oil)</em></p>
<p>3 cucchiai pane grattugiato / <em>3 tablespoons breadcrumbs</em></p>
<p>3 cucchiai parmigiano grattugiato /<em> 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese</em></p>
<p>il succo di mezzo limone / <em>juice of half lemon</em></p>
<p>3 uova / <em>3 eggs</em></p>
<p>sale e pepe / <em>salt and pepper</em></p>

<p>Sbriciolare il tonno in un recipiente. Unire tutti gli ingredienti e impastare con le mani.</p>
<p><em>Crumble the tunafish in a container. Add all other ingredients and mix well with your hands.</em></p>

<p>Avvolgere con alluminio dando la forma di un salame. Avvolgere una seconda volta con altro alluminio.</p>
<p><em>Now wrap the mixture in aluminium foil (give it the shape of a salami), wrap it twice in another aluminium foil.</em></p>

<p>Cuocere in abbondante acqua bollente per circa 30 minuti.</p>
<p><em>Cook in boiling water for 30 minutes.</em></p>

<p>Raffreddare, togliere l’alluminio e affettare. Servire con maionese.</p>
