<p>Ebbene sì, amo l’aglio: crudo, cotto, sfregato sul pane tostato, come base negli ingredienti.</p>
<p>Poco importa il come, importa il mangiarlo. E mi spiace per conoscenti e amici che di tanto in tanto devono sopportarmi, anche se di solito il giorno prediletto è il venerdì: il Garlic Friday, così ho due giorni per smaltire il tutto.</p>
<p>Qui cotto, scottato un forno per renderlo cremoso. La buccia si schiaccia come un tubetto e tutta la crema è pronta per essere spalmata sul pane. Un filo d’olio extravergine e un pizzico di sale et voilà!</p>

<p>5 teste d’aglio (se disponibile fresco)</p>
<p>15 gr di timo fresco</p>
<p>3 cucchiai di olio EVO</p>

<p>pane tostato a piacere</p>

<p>Scaldare il forno a 200°. Tagliare le teste d’aglio orizzontalmente (lato tagliato all&#8217;insù) e posarle in una teglia da forno.</p>

<p>Versare l’olio, salare e il aggiungere il timo.</p>

<p>Coprire la teglia con alluminio e infornare a 200° per 20/25 minuti. Trascorso il tempo togliere l’alluminio e lasciare dorare per altri 10/15 minuti.</p>

<p>Estrarre e lasciare intiepidire.</p>
<p>Tostare il pane e spremere la mezza testa d’aglio sul pane tostato. Condire con extra olio e un pizzico di sale e servire.</p>
