<p>Ok già lo so che qualcuno di voi imprecherà qualcosa del tipo “e dove diavolo lo trovo!!”, quando leggerà nella ricetta ‘fumo liquido’, beh la soluzione è facile facile: amazon.it lo vende con consegna super rapida. Per cui niente imprecazioni e mettetevi all’opera!</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>500 gr ketchup</p>
<p>50 gr di concentrato di pomodoro</p>
<p>150 gr di acqua</p>
<p>120 gr di zucchero di canna</p>
<p>4 cucchiai di fumo liquido*</p>
<p>2 cucchiai di Worchestershire sauce*</p>
<p>1 cucchiaio di melassa</p>
<p>1 cucchiaio di sale</p>
<p>80 gr di aceto di vino</p>
<p>1 cucchiaio polvere di cipolla disidratata</p>
<p>1 cucchiaio di polvere di aglio disidratato</p>
<p>1 cucchiaino di pepe nero macinato</p>
<p>1 cucchiaio di paprika dolce</p>
<p>½ cucchiaio semi di sedano polverizzati</p>

<p>Mescolare assieme tutti gli ingredienti.</p>
