<p>250 gr di prezzemolo</p>
<p>2 limoni</p>
<p>1 cipolla piccola</p>
<p>sale e pepe</p>
<p>5 cucchiai olio d’oliva</p>
<p>100 gr pomodorini</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Tritare il prezzemolo.</p>

<p>Tritare la cipolla.</p>

<p>Tagliare i pomodori a cubetti e mettere da parte.</p>

<p>In un recipiente mettere il burghul, il prezzemolo e la cipolla tritati.</p>

<p>Unire l’olio d’oliva, il succo dei limoni, sale e pepe. Mescolare bene.</p>

<p class="p2">2 cucchiai sumacco</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">mezza cipolla tritata</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">1 cucchiaino di origano</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">25 gr foglie di menta fresca tritate</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">5 cucchiai olio d’oliva</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">8 pomodorini a tocchetti</span></p>
<p class="p2">Sbriciolare il formaggio con le dita e metterlo in un recipiente.</p>
