<p>200 gr bacon a cubetti</p>
<p>200 gr salametto affumicato</p>
<p>mezzo peperone rosso</p>
<p>mezzo peperone giallo</p>
<p>5 cipollotti</p>
<p>2 spicchi d’aglio</p>
<p>2 coste di sedano</p>
<p>2 cucchiai cumino macinato</p>
<p>1 cucchiaio origano</p>
<p>1 o 2 peperoncini fresco</p>
<p>Sale</p>

<p>Affettare il salametto. Saltarlo in 2 cucchiai d’olio e mettere da parte (tenendo l’olio).</p>

<p>Unire cumino, mezzo cucchiaio di sale e origano.</p>

<p>Unire acqua fino a corpire il riso. Mescolare continuamente e aggiungere acqua se diventa tropo asciutto. Cuocere secondo indicazioni del riso (di solito 12-14 minuti). Salare nuovamente a fine cottura se necessario.</p>
