<p>500 ml latte</p>
<p>1 uovo</p>
<p>1 rosso d’uovo</p>
<p>50 gr maizena</p>
<p>120 gr di zucchero</p>
<p>vanillina</p>
<p>pasta briseé (pronta)</p>

<p>Foderare una tortiera con la pasta brisée.</p>

<p>In una casseruola portare il latte ad ebollizione.</p>
<p>Nel frattempo sbattere le uova con lo zucchero e la vanillina, unire la maizena, sbattere bene.</p>

<p>Infine il latte in ebollizione. Rimettere nella casseruola e cuocere altri 2/3 minuti finché non addensa bene.</p>

<p>Farcire la tortiera e infornare a 170° per 30 minuti (se imbrunisce troppo in superficie coprire con un foglio d’alluminio).</p>
