<p>400 gr di filetto di manzo</p>
<p>100 gr di vermicelli di soia o di riso</p>
<p>2 cipollotti</p>
<p>30 gr di coriandolo fresco</p>
<p>20 grammi di basilico fresco</p>
<p>5 cm di radice di citronella</p>
<p>1 foglia di kaffir (se disponibile)</p>

<p>Salsa</p>
<p>1 peperoncino verde fresco</p>
<p>1 spicchio d’aglio</p>
<p>2 cucchiaino di zucchero</p>
<p>succo di 3 lime</p>
<p>salsa di pesce q.b. (in alternativa salsa di soia)</p>

<p>Mettere i vermicelli in un contenitore, versarvi sopra acqua bollente fino a coprirli e lasciar cuocere. Quando sono cotti, scolarli, sciacquarli con acqua fredda e tenere da parte.</p>

<p>Preparare la salsa mescolado tutti gli ingredienti e la salsa di pesce (a piacere), al peperoncino affettato sottilmente e all’aglio tritato. Lasciare insaporire mentre si cuoce la carne si completa il procedimento.</p>

<p>Tagliare i cipollotti a fettine sottili, lo stesso con la citronella che va pulita e affettata sottilmente. Tritare la foglia di kaffir e tenere da parte.</p>

<p>Grigliare la carne fino alla cottura desiderata (cottura media è perfetta). Lasciarla da parte.</p>

<p>Scolare i vermicelli e condirli con la salsa thai e unire tutti gli altri ingredienti, incluse le foglie di coriandolo e il basilico leggermente tritato. Mescolare bene e insaporire.</p>
