<p>800 gr baccalà già ravvivato in acqua per 24h</p>
<p>400 gr pomodoro</p>
<p>2 spicchi d’aglio</p>
<p>50 gr di farina</p>
<p>10 gr basilico</p>
<p>sale e pepe</p>
<p>1 cucchiaino di zucchero</p>
<p>olio d’oliva</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Scaldare l’olio in una padella. Per preparare il baccalà alla livornese, infarinare il baccalà e soffriggerlo nell’olio.</p>

<p>Togliere il baccalà dalla padella e mettere nello stesso olio di cottura l’aglio. Soffriggere.</p>

<p>Unire la passata di pomodoro. Salare, pepare e unire un cucchiaino di zucchero. Sobobllire per 10 minuti. Unire il basilico.</p>
