<p>150 gr farina 00</p>
<p>150 gr burro</p>
<p>buccia di 1 limone<i></i></p>
<p>3 uova</p>
<p>1 bustina lievito</p>
<p>140 gr zucchero</p>
<p>70 gr zucchero a velo</p>
<p>per servire: panna liquida</p>

<p>Pre riscaldare il forno a 160° C.</p>
<p>In un recipiente mettere tutti le farine e il lievito e mescolare.</p>

<p>Unire le uova sbattute leggermente con lo zucchero e la buccia di limone.</p>

<p>Impastare prima con una forchetta poi con le mani. Avvoglere n pellicola e  lasciare riposare mezz’ora.</p>

<p>Formare palle da 12-14 cm di diamtero e disporli (schiacciandoli un pochino) su una leccarda foderata di carta forno.</p>

<p>Spolverare di abbondante zucchero a velo e infornare per 20-25 minuti (quando i bordi iniziano a dorare sono pronti).</p>
