<p>2 cucchiai e mezzo di paprika</p>
<p>1 cucchiaio pepe nero</p>
<p>1 cucchiaio cipolla disidratata</p>
<p>1 cucchiaio e mezzo origano</p>
<p>1 cucchiaio e mezzo timo</p>
<p>1 cucchiaino peperoncino macinato</p>

<p>Mettere tutto nel macinacaffé (o in un mortaio qualora non aveste il macinacaffè) e macinare tutto assieme e proseguire con la ricetta.</p>

<p>Miscelare le spezie Cajun con l’olio e i limone  per ottenere una crema semiliquida, in caso aggiungere un cucchiaio d’acqua. Coprire le fettine di pollo e fare aderire bene la salsa. Mettere a macerare in frigorifero per almeno 1 ora.</p>
