<p> 250 gr fillo pasta</p>
<p>400 gr feta</p>
<p>200 gr mozzarella grattugiata</p>
<p>2 cucchiai di prezzemolo</p>
<p>1 bianco d’uovo</p>
<p>farina e acqua per sigillare</p>
<p>olio d’arachidi per friggere</p>

<p>Impastare i formaggi con il bianco d’uovo e il prezzemolo. Usare le mani per creare un composto grumoso ma omogeneo.</p>

<p>Tagliare la pasta fillo in rettangoli da 12&#215;18 cm circa.</p>

<p>Disporre una piccola porzione di crema di formaggio, rivoltare i lembi laterali e arrotolare.</p>
<p>Sigillare passando qualche goccia di mistura fatta velocemente mischiando un poco di farina con acqua.</p>

<p>Friggere in olio bollente finché non diventano dorati. Sgocciolare e servire ancora caldi. Se non li cuocete subito, teneteli in un contenitore coperti da un canovaccio bagnato.</p>
