<p>2 cucchiai di melassa</p>

<p>Topping:</p>
<p>175 gr zucchero di canna  (o 75 gr muscovado e 100 gr zucchero di canna)</p>
<p>225 gr panna</p>
<p>1 cucchiaio di melassa</p>
<p>55 gr burro</p>

<p>Tritare finemente i datteri snoccolati. Coprirli con l’acqua bollente e unire la vanillina. Azionare il mixer fino ad ottenere un composto omogeneo. Tenere da parte.</p>

<p>Imburrare abbondantemente gli stampini. Accendere il forno a 160°.</p>

<p>A parte montare il burro con lo zucchero. Quando sarà soffice unire le uova una alla volta.</p>

<p>Unire infine la melassa.</p>

<p>Versare il composto a ¾ negli stampini. E cuocere in forno per 20-22 minuti circa. Fare intepidire per 10 minuti. Potete anche prepararli prima e scaldari per 60 secondi in microonde prima di servire.</p>

<p>Nel frattempo in un pentolino prepariamo la salsa ‘mou’. Unire zucchero, burro e metà della panna, portare ad ebollizione elasciare bollire circa 10 minuti. Togliere dal fuoco e unire la panna restante e la melassa. Mettere da parte e tenere al caldo.</p>
