<p>500 gr farina</p>
<p>160 gr olio d’oliva</p>
<p>30 gr olio extra vergine d’oliva</p>
<p>220 gr di vino bianco secco</p>
<p>1 cucchiaino di sale</p>
<p>facoltativo: peperoncino tritato</p>

<p>Impastare tutti gli ingredienti (se l’impasto è troppo duro, aggiungere del vino). Lasciare riposare almeno 1 ora.</p>

<p>Portare ad ebollizione 1 pentola di acqua, quando bolle salare con 1 cucchiaio di sale.</p>
<p>Scaldare il forno a 190°.</p>
<p>Prendere un pezzo di pasta (della dimensione di una noce), creare un piccolo rollino nelle mani e formare l’anello (inserire il dito nel buco e assicuratevi che ci sia abbastanza spazio perché tendono a gonfiare con la cottura).</p>

<p>Immergere i taralli nell’aciuqa bollente e quando tornano a galla scolarli con una schiumarola. Porli su un panno asciutto e togliere l’acuqa in eccesso.</p>
