<p>In una pentola antiaderente scaldare un cucchiaio di olio d’oliva. Rompere l’uovo gentilmente (evitando così che il bianco si allarghi troppo). Agitare leggermente la padella per evitare che l’uovo si attacchi. Cuocere a fuoco medio-basso per evitare che l’olio schizzi.</p>
<p>Quando il bianco è sodo e trattiene bene il rosso (che sarà ancora lucido), togliere con una spatola, appoggiare su un canovaccio o un tovagliolo di carta per togliere l’olio in eccesso e servire.</p>
