<p>Gli scone, leggermente scaldati (anche al microonde per 20/30 secondi), sono una delle cose più buone per la colazione e uno spuntino dolce a metà pomeriggio.</p>
<p>Qui una versione tutta vaniglia, piuttosto facile da fare e che metterà d’accordo anche i palati più difficili. Ricordate di scaldarli, gli scones esprimono il loro meglio quando sono tiepidi.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>300 gr di farina 00</p>
<p>1 cucchiaino e mezzo di lievito</p>
<p>110 gr di burro (a temperatura ambiente)</p>
<p>un pizzico di sale</p>
<p>80 gr zucchero</p>
<p>mezzo baccello di vaniglia raschiato</p>
<p>1 bustina di vanillina</p>
<p>120 ml di latte</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Glassa</p>
<p>250 gr di zucchero a velo</p>
<p>3 o 4 cucchiai di latte</p>
<p>1 cucchiaio di latte condensato</p>
<p>semi raschiati di mezzo baccello di vaniglia</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Pre-riscaldare il forno a 200° C.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Montare il burro con lo zucchero, i semi di vaniglia e la vanillina finché non sarà spumoso.</p>

<p>Unire metà della farina, il liveito, il sale e il latte e continuare a montare.</p>

<p>Unire infine la restante farina impastando però con le mani, finché non si formerà una palla.</p>

<p>Dividere la palla in 5 parti uguali e schiacciare ogni palla fino a circa 1 cm. Tagliare ogni cerchi in 4 quarti, e disporli su una leccarda foderata di carta forno. Procedere così fino a esaurimento della pasta.</p>

<p>Infornare per circa 12 minuti. Estrarre e lasciare intiepidire.</p>

<p>Nel frattempo preparare la glassa montando per 6 o 7 minuti tutti gli ingredienti (regolate la quantità di latte mano a mano che montate), finché lo zucchero non sarà completamente sciolto e il tutto sarà una crema piuttosto compatta.</p>

<p>Glassare gli scones con questa glassa (o aiutandosi con un cucchiaio o immergendo la parte superiore degli scones nella glassa). Lasciare asciugare all’aria finché la glassa non sarà solidificata.</p>

<p>vanillina (1 bustina)</p>

<p>Impasto:</p>
<p>420 gr farina 0</p>
<p>100 gr maizena</p>
<p>7 gr lievito di birra secco</p>
<p>mezzo cucchiaino di lievito</p>
<p>70 gr zucchero</p>
<p>20 gr olio di semi</p>
<p>240 gr acqua tiepida</p>

<p>In un frullatore frullare i rossi d’uovo con tutti gli altri ingredienti. Mettere in frigorifero per un paio d’ore. Estrarre e con un cucchiaio dividere l’impasto in 20 porzioni. Formare delle palle con le mani e porle in congelatore (meglio fare questo passaggio la sera prima).</p>

<p>In un contenitore mescolare tutti gli ingredienti secchi per l’impasto, fare una fontana al centro e unire gli ingredienti liqiudi. Impastare per circa 15/20 minuti (unire farina o acqua qualora necessario). L’impasto dovrà essere molto soffice e ancora umido.</p>

<p>Lasciare lievitare per 1 ora e mezza. Rompere la lievitazione e rilievitare per altri 40 minuti. A questo punto dividere l’impasto in 20 palline.</p>

<p>Scoperta per caso in una pasticceria australiana a Sydney, questa torta è la regina di tutte le torte. Altissima, soffice e dal gusto delicato, si serve sempre con panna montata e fragole.</p>

<p>300 gr farina</p>
<p><i></i>280 gr zucchero</p>
<p>2  cucchiaini di lievito</p>
<p>180 gr latte o acqua</p>
<p>1 cucchiaino vanillina</p>
<p>60 gr olio di semi</p>
<p>1/2 cucchiano cremor tartaro</p>
<p>7 uova</p>
<p>sale</p>

<p>In un recipiente mescolare la farina con i 100gr di zucchero e il lievito. Unire i rossi d’uovo, la vaniglia, l’acqua e l’olio e sbattere per un paio di minuti.</p>
