<p>100 gr pangrattato</p>
<p>80 gr parmigiano garttugiato</p>
<p>mezzo cucchiaino noce moscata</p>

<p>Bollire le coste tagliate a pezzi in abbondante acqua salata per circa 20 minuti. Scolare e fare intepidirie.</p>
<p>Tritarle finemente. Unire tutti gli ingredienti e impastare con le mani fino ad ottenere un composto compatto e umido (se necessario aumentare o ridurre la dose di farina).</p>

<p>Disporli su un panno da cucina pulito spolverato di farina.</p>

<p>Portare acqua ad ebollizione. Salare con un cucchiaio di sale grosso e versare i malfatti gentilmente nella pentola. Quando vengono a galla sono cotti e si possono servire.</p>
