<p>750 ml latte / <em>750 ml milk</em></p>
<p>5 uova intere / <em>6 eggs</em></p>
<p>1 rosso d’uovo / <em>1 egg yolk</em></p>
<p>150 gr zucchero / <em>150 gr sugar</em></p>
<p>30 gr cacao amaro / <em>30 gr Dutch cocoa powder</em></p>
<p>200 gr amaretti secchi / <em>200 gr dry amaretto biscuits</em></p>
<p>Caramello / <em>Caramel</em></p>
<p>150 gr zucchero / <em>150 gr sugar</em></p>
<p>1 bicchierino di rhum<em> / 3 tbs of rhum</em></p>
<p>Portare il latte in ebollizione e togliere dal fuoco. Farlo intiepidire.</p>
<p><em>Bring the milk to boil. Then set aside and cool down.</em></p>
<p>Mettere lo zucchero in una casseruola e senza mai mescolarlo, lasciarlo fondere finché non raggiunge un colore nocciola. Versarlo nello stampo rettangolare.</p>
<p><em>Put the sugar for the caramel in a casserole and put on medium heat fire. Let simmer (never stir) until brown color. Pour it in a rectangular baking tin (the plum-cake pan is ok).</em></p>

<p>Polverizzare con il mixer gli amaretti finché non diventano una farina.</p>

<p>Mettere lo stampo in una teglia più grande che riempirete d’acqua (il Bonet si cuoce a bagno-maria). Coprire il Bonet con dell’alluminio, praticando prima un foro al centro per consentire al vapore di uscire.</p>
<p><em>Put the baking tin in a larger baking pan that you will fill with water. (you have to cook it in bain-marie). Cover the Bonet with aluminum foil (cut a hole in the middle to let the steam go out).</em></p>

<p>Cuocere a 180° per 45 minuti.</p>

<p>Sformarlo quando è ancora tiepido. Conservare in frigorifero e servire fresco a fette.</p>
