<p class="p2">300 gr feta di capra o formaggio di capra similare / <em>300 gr goat feta cheese (or smilar)</em></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">2 cucchiai sumacco / 2<em> tbs sumac</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">mezza cipolla tritata / <em>half chopped onion</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">1 cucchiaino di origano / <em>1 teaspoon oregan</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">25 gr foglie di menta fresca tritate / <em>25 gr finely chopped fresh mint leaves</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">5 cucchiai olio d’oliva / <em>5 tbs olive oil</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">8 pomodorini a tocchetti / <em>8 cherry tomatoes diced</em></span></p>
<p class="p2">Sbriciolare il formaggio con le dita e metterlo in un recipiente.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>Crumble the cheese with the fingers and put it into a bowl.</em></span></p>
