<p>2 limoni / <i>2 lemons</i></p>
<p>1 cipolla piccola / <i>1 small onion</i></p>
<p>sale e pepe / <i>salt and pepper</i></p>
<p>5 cucchiai olio d’oliva / <i>5 tbs live oil</i></p>
<p>100 gr pomodorini / <i>100 cherry tomatoes</i></p>
<p>Tritare il prezzemolo.</p>

<p>Tagliare i pomodori a cubetti e mettere da parte.</p>

<p>In un recipiente mettere il burghul, il prezzemolo e la cipolla tritati.</p>

<p>Unire l’olio d’oliva, il succo dei limoni, sale e pepe. Mescolare bene.</p>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">mezza cipolla tritata / <em>half chopped onion</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">1 cucchiaino di origano / <em>1 teaspoon oregan</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">25 gr foglie di menta fresca tritate / <em>25 gr finely chopped fresh mint leaves</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">5 cucchiai olio d’oliva / <em>5 tbs olive oil</em></span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">8 pomodorini a tocchetti / <em>8 cherry tomatoes diced</em></span></p>
<p class="p2">Sbriciolare il formaggio con le dita e metterlo in un recipiente.</p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1"><em>Crumble the cheese with the fingers and put it into a bowl.</em></span></p>

<p>farina e acqua per sigillare /<em> flour and water to seal the rolls</em></p>
<p>Olio d’arachidi per friggere / <em>Peanut oil to fry them</em></p>

<p>Impastare i formaggi con il bianco d’uovo e il prezzemolo. Usare le mani per creare un composto grumoso ma omogeneo.</p>

<p>Disporre una piccola porzione di crema di formaggio, rivoltare i lembi laterali e arrotolare.</p>
<p>Sigillare passando qualche goccia di mistura fatta velocemente mischiando un poco di farina con acqua.</p>
<p><em>Put some of the chees mixture on the fillo pastry squares, and close them as shown in the pictures. Seal the last part of the rool with a mixtures made of 1 tablespoon of flour and 1 tablespoon of water mixed together.</em></p>
