<p>Un’altra delizia americana.se vi piacciono più ricchi mettete più cioccolato o abbinate con frutta secca (noci di macadamia sono perfette col cioccolato bianco; le nocciole o le noci per il cioccolato fondente). Mi raccomando di scaldarli sempre per 20/30 secondi al microonde prima di consumarli (le gocciole si scioglieranno e gli scones saranno irresistibili).</p>

<p>Per 16 pezzi (8 per gusto)</p>
<p>Pronti in 40 minuti</p>

<p>600 gr farina 00</p>
<p>220 gr burro</p>
<p>3 cucchiaini di lievito</p>
<p>0,5 gr di vanillina</p>
<p>180 gr zucchero semolato</p>
<p>150 gr di cioccolato fondente a pezzi da circa 1 cm</p>
<p>150 gr di cioccolato bianco a pezzi da circa 1 cm</p>
<p>un pizzico di sale</p>
<p>240 ml latte</p>

<p>Pre riscaldare il forno a 200° C.</p>
<p>Montare il burro a spuma con lo zucchero e la vaniglia.</p>

<p>Unire metà della farina, un pizzico di sale, il lievito e poco a poco il latte sempre miscelando bene.</p>
<p>Unire quindi infine la farina restante e impastare aiutandosi con le mani.</p>
<p>Dividere l’impasto in due parti uguali e a ciascuna metà unire separatamente i pezzi di cioccolato (fondente e bianco). Tenete qualche pezzo di cioccolato da parte per decorare la superficie poco prima di infornare &#8211; appariranno più invitanti. Dividere ancora ciascuna palla in due metà, appiattirla a circa 1 cm di altezza e tagliarla in 4 spicchi.</p>

<p>Infornare per circa 12 minuti.</p>
