<p>Noi Italiani, tendiamo sempre a bollire i broccoli o i cavolfiori prima di saltarli in padella. In Asia invece non è così. Le verdure sono sempre cotte o saltate per pochissimi istanti e gustate con tutta la loro correntezza e le loro proprietà. In questa ricetta i Broccoli sono arrostiti a crudo. E sono buonissimi!</p>
<p>Per 4 persone</p>
<p>Pronti in 20 minuti</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>300 gr di cimette di broccoli lavate</p>
<p>2 spicchi d’aglio a fette sottilissime</p>
<p>2 peperoncini</p>
<p>4 cucchiai di olio extra vergine</p>
<p>30 gr di burro</p>
<p>sale</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Asciugare bene i broccoli con un canovaccio (devono essere molto asciutti per abbrustolirli bene).</p>

<p>Soffriggere l’aglio e il peperoncino con l’olio.</p>

<p>Unire il burro e sale a piacere.</p>

<p>Unire i broccoli a crudo e a fuoco vivace lasciare arrostire per 12/15 &#8211; muovendo la padella di tanto in tanto – finché non saranno color nocciola.</p>
