<p>Per 4 persone</p>
<p>Pronti in 10 minuti</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>8 fette di carne per carpaccio</p>
<p>8 fette di formaggio (tipo olandese o gouda)</p>
<p>100 ml di salsa di soia dolce (comprata o fatta in casa*)</p>
<p>8 spiedi</p>
<p>2 cucchiai di olio di semi di arachidi</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Per fare la salsa di soia dolce fare bollire per una decina di minuti: 200 ml di salsa di soia, 50 ml di acqua, 100 gr di zucchero.</p>
<p>Lasciare raffreddare prima di utilizzare</p>

<p>Stendere le fette di carne, porre la fetta di formaggio tagliata in listelli più piccoli. Avvolgere la carne e arrotolare come mostrato in foto. Inserire lo stecco.</p>

<p>Scaldare l’olio in una padella. Immergere bene gli spiedini nella salsa di soia dolce e cuocerli a fuoco vivace da ambo i lato per un paio di minuti (o finché il formaggio inizia a fondere).</p>

<p>100 gr parmigiano</p>
<p>50 gr emmenthal</p>
<p>160 ml acqua<i></i></p>
<p>160 ml panna liquida</p>
<p>200 ml olio di semi</p>
<p>4 uova <i></i></p>

<p>Scaldare il forno a 170° C.</p>

<p>In una casseruola unire l’acqua, l’olio, il sale e la panna. Portare ad ebollizione.</p>

<p>Unire d’un colpo la farina e mescolare velocemente. Lasciare raffreddare per 10 minuti.</p>

<p>Disporle su una leccarda coperta di carta forno. Infornare per circa 20 minuti circa.</p>

<p>A me piacciono con una fetta di salame tagliato a mano (so che non è molto brasiliano ma l&#8217;associazione è semplicemente perfetta).</p>
