<p>500 gr petto di pollo a fette</p>
<p>200 gr burro d’arachidi</p>
<p>70 ml salsa di soia</p>
<p>1/2 cucchiaino di peperoncino macinato</p>
<p>acqua q.b.</p>
<p>succo di lime</p>
<p>facoltativo: aglio in polvere da aggiungere alla marinata</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Mescolare tutti gli ingredienti in un recipiente, unire acqua quanto basta per ottenere una salsa densa e cremosa.</p>

<p>Tagliare le fette di pollo a listelli da circa 2 cm l’uno.</p>

<p>Unire il pollo alla salsa e mescolare bene. Lasciare marinare per 2/3 ore.</p>

<p>Infilare ogni fetta di pollo sullo spiedo, ondulando le fette di carne come indicato in foto.</p>

<p>Cuocere su griglia rovente da ambo i lati per 8/10 minuti.</p>

<p>Il pollo satay va servito rovente. Prima di servire spruzzare con qualche goccia di lime.</p>
