<p>4 tranci di salmone da circa 150 gr cadauno</p>
<p>30 gr di semi di papavero</p>
<p>un bianco d’uovo</p>
<p>3 cucchiai di olio EVO</p>
<p>sale e pepe</p>

<p>Salare e pepare i tranci di salmone e adagiarli su un foglio di carta forno unta con un cucchiaio di olio EVO.</p>

<p>Sbattere leggermente il bianco d’uovo (non deve montare ma solo fare un po’ di schiuma). Spennellare la superficie dei tranci di salmone e coprire con i semi di papavero.</p>

<p>Infornare a 220° per 15 minuti.</p>

<p>Estrarre dal forno e lasciare a riposo 3 o 4 minuti prima di impiattare, condire con olio EVO a crudo e servire accompagnato a piacere (ideale con zucchine gialle al naturale (ossia solo condite con olio evo, sale, pepe  e mezzo bicchiere d&#8217;acqua, e cotte in forno per 30 minuti).</p>
