<p>4 cipolle grosse</p>
<p>20 gr pinoli</p>
<p>30 gr uvetta sultanina</p>
<p>1/2 bicchiere d’olio d’oliva</p>
<p>4 cucchiai di aceto bianco</p>
<p>2 cucchiai d’acqua<i></i></p>
<p>1/2 cucchiaino di zucchero</p>
<p>100 gr farina</p>
<p>olio di semi d’arachide per friggere</p>
<p>sale</p>

<p>Per preparare i gamberi in saor, pulire e lavare i gamberetti. Infarinarli bene.</p>

<p>Friggerli per 4/5 minuti in abbondante olio. Sgocciolare e mettere da parte.</p>

<p>Nel frattempo, affettare sottili le cipolle e stufarle per una mezz&#8217;ora circa.</p>

<p>Aggiungere l’acqua, l’aceto, il sale e lo zucchero. Stufare a fuoco alto finché l&#8217;aceto non sarà evaporato. A fine cottura unire i pinoli e l’uvetta.</p>

<p>Disporre i gamberi su un piatto da portata e coprire con le cipolle stufate ancora calde. Fare raffreddare e lasciare riposare per almeno ¾ ore prima di servire.</p>
