<p>120 gr cioccolato fondente</p>

<p>Nel caffè aggiungere il caffè solubile e i semi di vaniglia.</p>

<p>Infornare per circa 45 minuti (verificare la cottura con uno stuzzicadenti).  Fare raffreddare.</p>

<p>Mentre la torta cuoce, tagliate il cioccolato a scaglie. Portare la panna ad ebollizione ed aggiungerla al cioccolato, non mescolare ancora. Attendere 10 minuti poi mescolare energicamente con una frusta. Lasciare intiepidire.</p>

<p>100 gr zucchero muscovado*</p>
<p>230 ml acqua bollente</p>
<p>130 gr burro</p>
<p>140 gr zucchero</p>
<p>230 gr farina</p>
<p>1/2 cucchiaino di lievito</p>
<p>1/2 cucchiano bicarbonato</p>
<p>vanilllina</p>
<p>2 uova</p>
<p>* si tratta di zucchero di canna grezzo non raffinato. E’ più fine e umido dello zucchero di canna, si trova facilmente nei negozi specializzati.</p>

<p>COPERTURA</p>
<p>100 ml acqua</p>
<p>35 gr zucchero muscovado</p>
<p>170 gr burro</p>
<p>300 gr cioccolato fondente</p>

<p>In un recipiente unire il cacao setacciato, lo zucchero Muscovado e diluire con l’acqua bollente fino ad ottenere un liquido denso e senza grumi. Fare raffreddare.</p>

<p>Setacciare la farina con lievito e bicarbonato e mettere da parte.</p>

<p>Ora, sbattere il burro con lo zucchero bianco, fino ad ottenere un composto bianco e spumoso. Unire la vanillina e le uova uno alla volta. E in seguito la farina.</p>

<p>Ora unire il liquido con il cacao. Incorporare bene.</p>

<p>Dividere il composto in egual misura in due tortiere della stessa dimensione (max 22 cm diametro), o cuocerle in due tempi. Infornare a 170° per 30 minuti. Fare raffreddare bene.</p>

<p>Mentre le basi sono in forno preparare la copertura. Tagliare il cioccolato fondente grossolanamente e metterlo in un recipiente. A fuoco basso fare bollire l’acqua, il burro e lo zucchero Muscovado e una volta in ebollizione versarlo sul cioccolato. Mescolare e fare sciogliere bene il cioccolato. Lasciare raffreddare. Porre in frigo e mescolare frequentemente.</p>

<p>Ora farcire le due basi con un terzo della crema di cioccolato, sovrapporle. Fissarle con degli stuzzicadenti da spiedino (le terrà unite nel procedimento di copertura) e coprire con la crema al cioccolato. Con una spatola spalmarla sopra e sui bordi e decorarla come nella foto.</p>
