<p>60 ml succo limone</p>
<p>60 ml succo arancia</p>
<p>225 gr zucchero</p>

<p>Riscaldare il forno a 170°.</p>
<p>In un recipiente mescolare lo zucchero e le bucce di limone e d’arancio. Lasciare riposare per 10 minuti. Trascorso il tempo unire la farina e il lievito.</p>

<p>Unire alle farine la pasta di mandorle e il burro morbido.</p>

<p>A parte sbattere le uova e unire gradualmente al composto.</p>

<p>Foderare uno stampo da plum-cake con carta forno e versarvi il composto.</p>

<p>Infornare per circa 60 minuti a 170° (controllate la cottura con uno stuzzicadenti).</p>

<p>Una volta tolta dal forno la torta preparate lo sciroppo unendo lo zucchero ai succhi. Non preparate il succo prima.</p>

<p>Versare lo sciroppo sopra la torta (ancora caldo e ancora nello stampo) fino a completo assorbimento. Attendere ancora 20 minuti e sformare.</p>

<p>170 gr di farina</p>
<p>90 gr burro</p>
<p>50 gr zucchero a velo</p>
<p>buccia di limone (mezzo limone)</p>
<p>1 rosso d’uovo</p>
<p>2 cucchiai di latte</p>

<p>3 cucchiai amido di mais</p>
<p>300 gr acqua</p>
<p>90 gr zucchero</p>
<p>buccia grattugiata e succo di 2 limoni</p>
<p>2 rossi d’uovo*</p>

<p>MERINGA</p>
<p>2 bianchi d’uovo*</p>
<p>90 gr zucchero</p>

<p>Preparare la frolla impastando gli ingredienti della base. Avvolgere in pellicola e fare riposare in frigorifero per un’ora.<em> </em></p>

<p>Nel frattempo, stemperare la maizena con un poco d’acqua, tolti i grumi mettere in un pentolino, unire tutta l’acqua, la buccia e il succo dei limoni, lo zucchero. Fare rapprendere la maizena (da quando bolle ci vorranno pochissimi secondi). Togliere dal fuoco, fare intiepidire e unire i rossi d’uovo.</p>

<p>Foderare gli stampini con la pasta frolla (come nelle foto), riempirle di crema al limone e mettere da parte. (opzione è cuocerli au blanc ma per una tortina più soffice procedete come nella ricetta).</p>

<p>Sbattere i bianchi e unire poco alla volta lo zucchero, montare finché non sono compatti.</p>

<p>Ora spalmare la meringa sulle tortine e informare per 8 minuti a 180° e poi abbassare la temperatura a a 140° e cuocere per 50 minuti. Controllare che la meringa non si scurisca troppo (in questo caso abbassare la temperatura).</p>

<p>190 gr burro</p>
<p>165 gr zucchero</p>
<p>vanillina</p>
<p>3 uova</p>
<p>2 cucchiai olio di semi</p>
<p>375 gr farina</p>
<p>1 bustina di lievito</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Copertura:</p>
<p>200 gr zucchero a velo</p>
<p>succo di un limone</p>
<p>30 gr burro fuso</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>*Al limone (vedi alternative sotto):</p>
<p>2 cucchiai di semi di papavero</p>
<p>2 cucchiai abbondanti di scorza di limone grattugiata</p>
<p>a piacere qualche goccia di essenza di limone</p>

<p>Lavorare burro con zucchero e montare bene fino ad ottenere una crema soffice. Unire le scorze di limone e l’essenza di limone. E l’olio.</p>

<p>all’Arancia: aggiungi 3 cucchiai di scorza d’arancia al passaggio 1;</p>
<p>al Cocco: unisci 200 gr di farina di cocco appena concluso il passaggio 2;</p>
