<p><del></del>Una pasta super-facile e veloce che mette sempre d&#8217;accordo tutti. Non siate tentati di togliere l&#8217;aglio. Il buono di questa pasta sta tutto lì! Un pizzico di peperoncino ci sta a perfezione ma solo a chi ama le faccende piccanti. <img src="http://eatwithmarco.com/it/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif" alt=":)" class="wp-smiley" /></p>

<p>Pronto in 30 minuti</p>

<p>1 kg vongole</p>
<p>400 gr spaghetti n° 5</p>
<p>1 spicchio d’aglio tritato o schiacciato</p>
<p>2 cucchiai di prezzemolo tritato</p>
<p>mezzo bicchiere vino bianco secco</p>
<p>3 cucchiai olio EVO</p>
<p>sale e pepe</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Sciacquare le vongole sotto acqua corrente.</p>

<p>Scaldare l’olio in una padella e soffriggere l’aglio tritato (o schiacciato).</p>

<p>Unire le vongole, coprire con un coperchio e lasciare aprire le valve completamente (ci impiegheranno 5 o 6 minuti).</p>

<p>Quando saranno aperte, scoprire la pentola e unire il vino bianco.</p>

<p>Lasciare evaporare finché l’odore di alcol del vino non sarà svanito completamente.  Attenzione a non lasciare evaporare troppo i liquidi, il brodetto che le vongole rilasciano è fondamentale. Unire quindi il prezzemolo e togliere dal fuoco.</p>

<p>Cuocere la pasta secondo indicazioni, scolarla e unirla alla padella delle vongole.</p>
