<p>1 l brodo di pollo</p>
<p>500 ml latte di cocco</p>
<p>300 gr pollo già cotto</p>
<p>1 cucchiaio curcuma</p>
<p>1 cucchiaio salsa di tamarindo</p>
<p>3 cucchiai di salsa di pesce</p>
<p>200 gr ocra</p>
<p>200 gr cavolo cinese</p>
<p>60 gr coriandolo fresco tritato</p>
<p>4 cipollotti freschi</p>
<p>20 gr citronella fresca</p>
<p>100 gr vermicelli di soia</p>
<p>3 cm zenzero grattugiato</p>
<p>pepe</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>In una casseruola unire il brodo e il latte di cocco. Portare ad ebollizione.</p>

<p>Unire lo zenzero, la curcuma, la citronella affettata finemente e la salsa al tamarindo.</p>

<p>Nel frattempo tagliare le verdure: le ocra a fette, il cavolo e i cipollotti a tocchetti.</p>

<p>Unire gli ocra lasciare cuocere 5 minuti, in seguito unire cavolo e cipolla. Cuocere per 10 minuti.</p>

<p>Tagliare il pollo a pezzi. Mettere i vermicelli in una ciotola aggiungendo acqua bollente.</p>

<p>Aggiungere la salsa di pesce alla zuppa. Unire il pollo. Mescolare. E infine unire il coriandolo.</p>

<p>Comporre la chicken coconut soup nel piatto: mettiamo i vermicelli in una ciotola, e versiamo la zuppa sopra sui lati. Servire caldissimo aggiungendo il coriandolo.</p>
