3 carrots
3 potatoes
350 gr canned peas
300 gr mixed pickled vegetables (the weight indicated is for the drained vegetables)
150 ml mayonnaise
Dice the potatoes and carrots. Boil them in salted water. and cool down.
Put the boiled vegetables in a container.
Wash the vinegar vegetables with fresh water. Chop them finely (I use a mixer).
Add the vinegar vegetables to the other vegetables.
Add the mayonnaise. Put in the refrigerator for 3 hours before serving.
