Who is Marco Muggiano?

As a teenager I grew up with 2 big passions: cuisine and international relations. I graduated as a chef and got a University degree later in ‘Foreign Languages and Litteratures’. My professional life followed the international relations path though, throughout these years, the passion for food lived along with me and kept me curious. Good food is the first aggregation tool and the strongest vehicle to pleasure in life. I want to share this passion with you through the recipes and hints I learnt, inherited, and discovered by travelling.
