2 hard boiled eggs – sliced
2 ripe tomatoes – sliced
1 boiled potato – sliced
120 grams canned tuna – in chunks
200 gr boiled green beans
3 spring onions – sliced
half pepper in slices
15 black olives
4 anchovies fillets
Put all vegetables into the plate at your choice. Top with anchovies and olives.
Toss and season with salt, fresh lemon juice and extra-virgin olive oil.
