Parmesan Biscuits

200 gr all-purpose flour
120 gr butter room-temperature
80 gr grated parmesan
1 egg
salt and pepper
Mixed seeds and spices at your choice: in the pictures oregano, sesame seed and poppy seeds.
To prepare Parmesan Biscuits, mix all ingredients (with the egg yolk – set aside the egg white), and put the dough aside for 10 minutes.
Roll the dough into 2 rolls 3 cm diameter and slice them into half centimeter thick slices.
Put them on a dripping pan coated with baking paper, brush each biscuit with beaten egg whites and decorate with the spices of your choice. Bake for 15/20 or until golden.
