12 chicken fillets
70 grams of Dirt spices (see recipe here: DIRT)
4 tbs extra virgin olive oil or vegetable oil
Brush the fillets with the olive or vegetable oil and coat them with the Dirt rub.
Set aside for minimum 15 minutes (average 3 hours is a good timing).
Cook them on the barbecue 0r on a hot grill. Serve very hot.
