A countryside Greek recipe I personally go mad for!
Sausage, bell peppers and tomato, a triad of ingredients that generally make me really happy. In this specific case the add the deep-frying aspect which gives the overall plate a special twist. Well, it is super good and healthy to be on a diet but if one day you decide to break rules, then this dish if defintely the best option!
