Tzaziki

500 grams Greek yogurt

1 big cucumber

1 lemon squeezed

2 tablespoons white vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon chopped dill

1 garlic clove finely chopped

salt

 

Grate the cucumber. Squeeze with you hands to take the water out of it.

Now put it in a container with the yoghurt and all the other ingredients. Mix well, season with salt as per your preference and put in refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
